MRC88 Firmware update v222
• Fixed a problem with macros under the Vol+ and Vol- keypad buttons not being executed when using the MRCREM remote (instead, the MRC88s volume would ramp as if there was no macro under the button).
• Added support for accessing the Vol+ and Vol- keypad button macros using the RS232 “Digital” interface protocol. Specifically, the “Execute Keypad Button” command (!{z#}MK{k#}X{i#}+) now accepts a 1 (Vol+) and a 2 (Vol-) for the keypad button parameter.
• RS232 output commands in macros will now be repeated when the button is held down (in a similar fashion to how an IR command will be repeated). The repeat rate for RS232 strings is 4 times per seconds (every 250ms). This now makes the MRC88 behave the same as the latest XTR39 and SPLCD firmware.

• Boosted the Zone Audio Inputs by 6.25 dB, to better match the normal audio inputs.
• When the pre-amp outputs are set to be fixed, attenuated them by 7.5 dB to more closely match the original input signal.
• Added support for source button presets.
• When using a sense input to trigger a page, the system will now run any macro associated with that sense input in addition to triggering the page.
• Removed the volume ramping logic when paging. This provides a massive speed-up in effective paging response time.
• Now supports macros under the keypad VOL+ and VOL- buttons.
• Added support for the MRC88 remote.
• Now handles faster RS232 input better.

  IMPORTANT NOTE: The RF2IR support in this firmware will only work with RF2IR firmware version 1.13 and higher. Attempting to use it with older firmware versions of the RF2IR will cause the RF2IR to behave in unexpected ways!
  Massive changes to the rotary wheel button code to address issues found during new manufacturing QA/Usage testing. These buttons should now be more reliable and responsive. This should be most noticeable when waking the unit from sleep mode by touching the wheel itself.
  Fixed some issues with RF-based commands. They should now be more consistent.
  Fixed some issues with the touch panel buttons. It should be easier now to perform multiple button presses, such as entering in a 3-digit channel number.
• Touch Buttons will now stay in the depressed state while the system is busy executing the macro under the button. This should help improve the overall user experience.
